Welcome to the $MANSA Play-to-Earn Reward Pool Whitepaper. This document introduces the innovative concept of the Play-to-Earn Reward Pool within the $MANSA ecosystem. We are dedicated to merging decentralized finance (DeFi) and gaming to create new opportunities for our community.

2. The Play-to-Earn Reward Pool

The Play-to-Earn Reward Pool is a central component of $MANSA's vision. It allocates a significant portion of the total token supply to incentivise participation in our play-to-earn gaming platform, "Mansa Musa: The Golden Odyssey." This pool aims to reward players, stakers, and contributors, fostering an engaged and vibrant gaming community.

3. Token Allocation and Lock-Up

a. Allocation:

  • 20% of the total $MANSA token supply is dedicated to the Play-to-Earn Reward Pool, demonstrating our commitment to merging DeFi with the gaming industry.

b. Lock-Up Period:

  • Tokens allocated to the Play-to-Earn Reward Pool are locked for a duration of 1 year. This lock-up coincides with the release of our play-to-earn game, "Mansa Musa: The Golden Odyssey" launching Q3/Q4 2023. These token will be released approx 2-3 months before confirmed game release for testing, implementation & auditing purposes.

"Mansa Musa: The Golden Odyssey" is an immersive play-to-earn game developed by $MANSA. It invites players to embark on an epic adventure within the Mansa Musa metaverse. Players can earn $MANSA tokens by completing in-game tasks, challenges, and achievements. The game's release marks a significant milestone for the $MANSA ecosystem, bridging the gap between gaming and decentralized finance.

5. Reward Distribution

a. Player Rewards:

  • In "Mansa Musa: The Golden Odyssey," players are rewarded with $MANSA tokens for their in-game achievements. These tokens are drawn from the Play-to-Earn Reward Pool.

b. Staker Rewards:

  • Stakers who participate in liquidity provision or token staking are eligible to receive rewards from the Play-to-Earn Reward Pool. These rewards incentivise long-term staking and liquidity provision, contributing to token liquidity and ecosystem health.
